TAAPSEE PANNU

Born in a Punjabi family  to Dilmohan Pannu and Nirmalijeet,  Taapsee is one of the two daughters  in pannu family. Shagun,  her younger sister  is  a  business  women. From childhood only, she used to stay in New Delhi. Her upcoming  was brought  in  a  Women dominant  society.  After scoring  90 percent in  her class twelfth  board, Taapsee got an admission  in  Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology.  She enrolled  for Engineering degree.

From childhood only she has many plans for the future.  But out of those,  one was modelling. While doing college, simultaneously she started giving commercial auditions. She got rejected in every audition. After Completing a full four year degree  from college,  her parents  wanted Taapsee  to enroll for MBA programme.  But Taapsee  requested  to  do modelling.  This was a difficult  phase for Taapsee.  Her parents were little off from the decision but still agreed  to her. Shagun  never wanted to became  an actor, hence not even tried.  Taapsee  started  giving numerous  auditions  for modelling.  She was selected  to do some TV commercials.  She got a role in South India films via her modelling agency. Hence, she started  living in Hyderabad for approximately  three years. Her movies in south industry were either completely hit or flop. People of the industry  started tagging  her 'unlucky ' in south industry.  According to south Directors, casting Taapsee is a liability  as the films  get low audience response.  Taapsee  started looking for more offers in films to break this rude stereotypes.



Taapsee made her Bollywood Debut (Hindi Cinema) through  Chashme Baddoor.  Her Bollywood  career was her life Turning point. With each passing day she was getting bold, confident, more mature , more experienced.  She  has never been in a relationship.  She always  wanted  to marry a person who is not an actor or at least  not from Film industry.  Life has given Taapsee many opportunities.  And , yes, Taapsee has respected  all opportunities.  Here struggles  never came from society but from people with  which she was working.  She is very Bold. She can't and cannot give priority  to a person who can't give in back to her.

Taapsee has done numerous and extraordinary films. Pink, Mulk,  Badla and Thappad  are consider some of the most historic  and versatile  films in Bollywood  industry. Whenever she was been asked  about how to face a challenge  , she answer ' fight it'. She accepts challenges.  Her life has never been simple. But she had made it. She has taken multiple  risks and sacrifices  to  dream. And now , she  is  living  her dreams.

Running day and night from one place to another is what one call HARDWORK. But that's not. I know many people around me who have tasted success and many others who haven't. I was scared. We were scared. All were scared.  It was a scary and a panic  moment.  Me and my family  were visiting  Nepal via border crossing.  We were crossing  it legally  by taking all the necessary  permissions.
